What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept digital payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How secure is my purchase?
Your security is our top priority. When you purchase online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to the credit card provider's network for approval. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make the change if your order has not yet been processed and shipped.
How long does shipping take, and how can I track my order?
After payment confirmation, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.
What if an item is missing from my order?
We work hard to ensure every order is fulfilled correctly. However, if an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at support@megasouvenir.com, and we will resolve the issue.
